Norbrook Equity Partners (NEP) is an investment holding company that leverages an experienced investment team, a deep knowledge of regional markets, distinctive positioning with key public and private sector entities, and operational expertise to enhance the value of its portfolio companies.
Today, NEP successfully owns and operates companies across the Caribbean, Latin America, and United States. Our companies operate in four main sectors – Logistics, Transaction Processing, Consumer Goods & Services, and Business Process Outsourcing. With a team of over 2,000 employees, Norbrook aims to continue creating value by identifying valuable niche opportunities and realizing superior value through exceptional growth strategies and enhanced operational strategies.

Khary Robinson
Executive Chairman
Khary Robinson is the Executive Chairman of Norbrook Equity Partners (“NEP”), a holding company that acquires and operates privately owned businesses in emerging and niche markets. Today NEP owns and operates 20 brands in the Caribbean, Latin America, and the United States. These businesses are very diversified in terms of industry and scope and includes KFC and Dairty Queen franchises in Panama (Platinum Brands), the local leaders in ecommerce fulfillment (Mailpac and MyCart), the leading health and wellness platform in Jamaica (Express Fitness), a boutique chain of high-end Pilates studios in California (Mighty Pilates), the largest private transaction processing company in Jamaica (ePay), Jamaica’s leading player in ice manufacturing and distribution (Pure National Limited), the Jamaican arm of the world’s largest car rental company (Hertz), Jamaica’s fastest growing water provider (JamAgua) and several other leading industries.

Mr. Pearce currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Norbrook Equity Partners Limited. In his current role, Mr. Pearce is responsible for all areas of the group and its portfolio companies. This includes all the central support services provided from Norbrook to each of its portfolio companies – Finance, Accounting, HR, Logistics and Administration.
